  • Member since December 2 2010 Francesca I love this place!
Scottsdale Park Suites offers month to month living options or short term leases like 7 months. I absolutely love the property, it is a quiet place and as a single woman I feel safe here. There's lots of fun stuff to do around Scottsdale Park Suites but what is even better is that they give you a reason to get out. With free food almost everyday of the week, free bowling and golf it is a place to stay if you want to save but still enjoy "resort style" living. There's a pool and hot tub and you even have access to the brand new LA Fitness on Scottsdale Rd that's filled with like minded determined individuals. Scottsdale Park Suites also has great wi-fi and an accommodating staff. (: *Two thumbs up*

There is also outside seating that is great to enjoy on a beautiful day or evening. The owner waited on me. And made me the best Viennese Mocha, I think is possible. Excellent to the last drop! I learned they roast and blend their own beans. Well someone here knows what they are doing because this was the smoothest coffee drink at a coffeehouse I think I have yet to have. And hey ... I lived in Seattle for almost twenty years I have been to some coffeehouses, let me tell ya! I went to their website www.GrindersCoffeehttp://Co.com It's a great little website. It explains the place well ,as well as their coffee and I also learned they have a rotating art showing on the walls that change the 1st Saturday of each month and jazz or blues playing on the patio the 2nd Saturday of each month. I might just be there for this first Music night in 2010. Say Hi if you see me around there getting my caffeine buzz on anytime. I'll try it again before I give them a five star rating.

The food is as good as it was years ago when I was in college. This is a different location and the menu has expanded but their main item the Mexican fire broiled chicken, flour tortillas and pinto beans are consistent. So is the salsa and pico de gallo.

When You Need a Tax Lawyer

law bookA tax lawyer will be able to help anyone filing their taxes when it comes to answering questions about tax issues or helping with legal matters relating to tax issues when filing your annual tax return. Tax lawyers should be hired by an individual or a company when an audit is going to take place, when tax penalties are going to be assessed, and when tax fraud charges have been brought against a person or company.

A tax attorney will perform a handful of tasks when you first meet. Those tasks include gathering facts and information about you, evaluating all aspects of your tax issue, indentifying your options and explain what you can expect from the case.

Immediacy

Tax lawyers will also be able to help anyone with a business keep their financial records, which should be in place before the business opens, and shouldn’t be done during tax time.

Tax Year

Every single business in America has a designated tax year. This means that the business can choose their own tax year, with the help of a tax lawyer, or use the tax year given to them by the IRS.

Business Income

Business income does not arrive in one form but often a variety of different ways. The IRS defines gross income as goods, property, services, bartering and income derived from sales. The failure to report gross income can lead to additional taxes, interest, and penalties. A tax lawyer can help identify a business’ gross income.

State Taxes

Many businesses across the country acquire their income from doing business in other states including the one that they operate out of. If this is true for your business, a tax lawyer will help you understand the rules and laws of state taxes from other states.

Employee Taxes

If you own your own business but have no employees, the IRS might consider you to be the owner and the employee of the business, which means you would have to pay employee taxes. A tax lawyer will help you determine what the tax implications are regarding this dual role.

Business Deductions

One of the most popular advantages to starting a business is the opportunity to have business deductions that help to offset income. Not everyone knows what these deductions are but a tax lawyer will be able to define them for you.

Ignorance is No Excuse

The IRS does not care that you didn’t know the rules or didn’t understand the laws regarding how to file your taxes. A tax lawyer will be able to explain all of the rules and laws for filing your taxes.
