Scottsdale Park Suites offers month to month living options or short term leases like 7 months. I absolutely love the property, it is a quiet place and as a single woman I feel safe here. There's lots of fun stuff to do around Scottsdale Park Suites but what is even better is that they give you a reason to get out. With free food almost everyday of the week, free bowling and golf it is a place to stay if you want to save but still enjoy "resort style" living. There's a pool and hot tub and you even have access to the brand new LA Fitness on Scottsdale Rd that's filled with like minded determined individuals. Scottsdale Park Suites also has great wi-fi and an accommodating staff. (: *Two thumbs up*

FYI to all everyone. Someone is using their advertising in order to gain repair and service work. It is unknow who that is or what kind of service you will get.

There is also outside seating that is great to enjoy on a beautiful day or evening. The owner waited on me. And made me the best Viennese Mocha, I think is possible. Excellent to the last drop! I learned they roast and blend their own beans. Well someone here knows what they are doing because this was the smoothest coffee drink at a coffeehouse I think I have yet to have. And hey ... I lived in Seattle for almost twenty years I have been to some coffeehouses, let me tell ya! I went to their website www.GrindersCoffeehttp://Co.com It's a great little website. It explains the place well ,as well as their coffee and I also learned they have a rotating art showing on the walls that change the 1st Saturday of each month and jazz or blues playing on the patio the 2nd Saturday of each month. I might just be there for this first Music night in 2010. Say Hi if you see me around there getting my caffeine buzz on anytime. I'll try it again before I give them a five star rating.

The food is as good as it was years ago when I was in college. This is a different location and the menu has expanded but their main item the Mexican fire broiled chicken, flour tortillas and pinto beans are consistent. So is the salsa and pico de gallo.

The Workings of the Medical Spa

You may be familiar with the term spa and may have even visited on occasion for a facial or massage. A term that may not be as familiar is the medical spa. This is a spa that offers the same services as a traditional spa but is overseen by a licensed physician and can offer additional treatments.

There are certain conditions that an esthetician is not able to treat. Among these are things such as brown spots, broken capillaries, and redness that can usually be treated with more aggressive methods that require medical supervision. One way to treat these conditions is with a variety of lasers. There are many different types of laser treatments and they all require additional training and supervision. The laser is very effective but it can be dangerous if not used properly. Also common at medical spas are injections such as Botox, and facial fillers. These require knowledge of anatomy as you need to make sure the injection goes in the right place and that you are not hitting a nerve as this could cause temporary paralysis. At a spa you can get a light chemical peel to refresh your skin, but if you are wanting an aggressive peel it is necessary to visit a medical spa. With an aggressive peel the acid concentration is much higher and the potential for skin injury greater so it is important that a qualified medical professional is performing the procedure.

When thinking about the term medical spa you might think of a clinical atmosphere and not somewhere warm and relaxing like a traditional spa feels. While it is true that it might look a bit more clinical, there are still the relaxing services such as massage that are offered. Some medical spas also have services such as acupuncture and nutritional counseling available.

When choosing a medical spa make sure that you have done research into the licensing and training of the staff to make sure that you are going somewhere where everyone is properly trained and knows what they are doing. A medical spa can be a wonderful experience if you want both relaxation and that little bit extra.
