There are few things that I look forward to more than heading to the Spa for the afternoon, and every time I go, I head to Alma. It really is the best spa in San Francisco, hands down. The staff is great, very experienced, and they make it easy to really have a nice, well-deserved relaxing day.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a very pleasant experience with the Sprint Store on Van Ness in San Francisco. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with other things, and it took forever to get my phone going. I know some of it wasn't their fault, they were waiting for activation and things like that, but at the same time, the service could have been much, much better.
