What a great plumber! Whitcher Plumbing & Heating installed my Rinnai tankless water heater a few years ago. It’s worked perfectly since the day it was installed and my family really enjoys the endless hot water. It’s nice not to worry about running out of hot water when we take showers in the morning. Recently, a technician from Whitcher came out to run a cleaning solution through it to clean out mineral build ups. I had forgotten that we need to have this done every few years, so it’s a good thing Whitcher kept track of this for us and called us with a reminder. The technician was very helpful- he answered our questions and even told us about some discounts we could get. Now we get a discount every time we need service :)
