While my favorite Mexican restaurants are back in California, Serranos is probably my favorite local chain here in the East Valley. They don't have the atmosphere that some of the more expensive Mexican restaurants have, but in my experience the food is better. I most often stop by after work to pick up tortillas and salsa to go for use with my own cooking.

I have been with US Bank for some time now, and I have pretty much always been happy. Whenever I considered switching banks out of convenience it would always turn out that the other bank had fees that US Bank didn't have. I prefer this stand alone branch, because of the knowledge of its staff, the greater number of services available, but I also use an in-store branch for convenience some times.

I had been taking my kids to a different doctor's office, but they kept switching our doctors and their current doctor was not up-to-date in his medical knowledge. I'd been going to Dr. Herrera at Complete Care Medicine myself, and we finally realized that he also sees children, so we switched our kids over, and have been much happier. The staff is great, and the office is quite nice as well.

We took our kids here for about a year and a half. We never had any major problems with them, and the wait was relatively short on most days. But there seemed to be high turnover with the doctors, so we were always seeing someone new, and then we'd have to go through some hassle changing our primary care physician with our health plan.

I've only eaten here once, but I was pretty disappointed. The chicken and the sides I had were inferior to the other chicken restaurants I've tried, such as KFC and El Pollo Loco (or better yet, Charo Chicken). There is a possibility that I just went on a bad day, but I've heard other people relate similar experiences.

This is an interesting little restaurant, located right on the edge of a landing strip. The restaurant has a flight theme, and you can see retired military aircraft parked outside the North facing windows (when they're not in the air). The food was good, but nothing I was greatly excited about. Certainly worth a visit though, especially if you like airplanes.

BJs is definitely one of my favorite restaurant chains. I normally get their signature deep dish pan pizza, but most everything else I've tried here is great too, from salads to sandwiches. I love the stewed tomatoes on their Pizza. My sister, who doesn't like tomatoes, even likes these. They also have some of the interesting ingredients that are a little harder to find, like artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, and fresh basil.
